Ebony Father NewMr. Opoku Kwarteng, late Ebony's father
Mr. Opoku Kwarteng, the father of the late songstress, Ebony, has rubbished the rumours that the sister of the ‘Sponsor’ hitmaker, Foriwaa Opoku Kwarteng, is being groomed by him to replace her late sister in the music industry.

According to Starboy who made a lot of revelations on the 2019 maiden edition of Zylofon’s Showbiz Agenda, Foriwaa is very good with music but there’s no plans to groom her for that profession.

He also in another development rubbished the rumours that Ebony indeed touched his manhood in the “Sponsor” video. He explained that it was all acting as they’d been practicing it a lot before the video, hence, knew what to do.

He, however, declined to any prior activity in acting as he really delivered in the “Sponsor” video.

Mr. Kwarteng was on the show to promote the late Ebony Reigns’ legacy and her newly released song “Be your Driver”.

He, however, revealed that the songs to be released will be under a new record label, Kwarbony Records, to be officially confirmed.

He added that the family is in the process of adopting a ward at the accident center at Korle Bu and also launching a foundation to honour the departed songstress.
