Following the victory of Ghanaian business mogul and Chief Executive Officer of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah, in Dubai, several social media users and celebrities were unable to hide their joy.
Dancehall musician, Shatta Wale has reacted to the victory and release of Nana Appiah Mensah, on Wednesday morning.
Shatta Wale who has been signed on to Zylofon music owned by the business mogul took to his Instagram page to announce his excitement.
In a post on Instagram, sighted by Kasapafmonline.com, he wrote, ” Victory! Victor! Victorious!!!”
The dancehall Star, Shatta added emoji of a crown, love and praise.
On Tuesday, April 9, 2019, social media users and the media fraternity in Ghana expressed their sentiments over the victory of Nam 1.
NAM 1 was arrested in Dubai in December 2018 following a report to security authorities by a Dubai based company that he could be connected to an alleged botched gold business with a Ghanaian company, one of whose officials was known to him.
Per the court’s ruling, the complainant has one month within which to make an appeal against the court’s ruling, however, reports say he was recaptured by Interpol after he was acquitted and discharged by the court following the red alert issued by GoG for his arrest.
He is said to have landed in Dubai hoping to retrieve some $39 million owed Menzgold by the Dubai-based company, Horizon Royal Diamonds DMCC, for the supply of gold, but the complainant reportedly turned the case against him[NAM 1], hence the court action against the latter.
